OpenANSLAB

OpenANSLAB (Autonomic Nervous System Laboratory) is a software system designed to facilitate the display, editing and analysis of physiological data in a psychophysiology laboratory. It is written in MATLAB. It comprises analysis modules for

  • Electrocardiography (ECG)
  • Reflexive startle EMG
  • Electrodermal activity (EDA)
  • Respiration pattern analysis
  • Respiration calibration
  • Pulse plethysmography (PPG)
  • Electromyography (facial or other EMG)
  • Continuous arterial pressure (Finapres)
  • Capnography (PCO2)
  • Temperature
  • Accelerometry

and interfaces with data in ASCII text format.
