OpenANSLAB (Autonomic Nervous System Laboratory) is a software system designed to facilitate the display, editing and analysis of physiological data in a psychophysiology laboratory. It is written in MATLAB. It comprises analysis modules for

Electrocardiography (ECG)
Reflexive startle EMG
Electrodermal activity (EDA)
Respiration pattern analysis
Respiration calibration
Pulse plethysmography (PPG)
Electromyography (facial or other EMG)
Continuous arterial pressure (Finapres)
Capnography (PCO2)
Temperature
Accelerometry

and interfaces with data in ASCII text format.
