OpenANSLAB (Autonomic Nervous System Laboratory) is a software system designed to facilitate the display, editing and analysis of physiological data in a psychophysiology laboratory. It is written in MATLAB. It comprises analysis modules for
- Electrocardiography (ECG)
- Reflexive startle EMG
- Electrodermal activity (EDA)
- Respiration pattern analysis
- Respiration calibration
- Pulse plethysmography (PPG)
- Electromyography (facial or other EMG)
- Continuous arterial pressure (Finapres)
- Capnography (PCO2)
and interfaces with data in ASCII text format.
